Brackle

A weary-looking horned and winged being whose face feels grown from bark, bone and old weather, yet whose heavy gaze suggests patience more than menace.

PUBLIC CHARACTER RECORD

What is known

A strange organic creature with a broad mask-like face, branch-jagged horns, drooping lid-heavy eyes, a long hanging mouth-fringe, and folded wing-limbs that frame the body like hanging boughs. It looks severe at first glance, but not empty or feral; there is a slow, thinking presence in the way its features sag and angle around the eyes.

PHYSICAL RECORD

A presence before an explanation

Silhouette
Top-heavy and shrine-like: a broad crowned head, tapering face, then a suspended body flanked by long downward wing-forms. The outline reads almost like a hanging root mass or a stern mask with drapes.
Scale
Reads as larger than a person when encountered up close, mainly because of the breadth of the head and horn spread. The face occupies an unusually large share of the body’s visual importance, while the torso feels compact beneath it.
Material
Warm reddish hide concentrated along horns, cheek ridges, and wing folds, with paler throat skin and soot-dark recesses; surfaces remain organic, dry, and slightly calloused.
Colour
