What is known
Skitterglass is a compact lizard-like courier and retrieval runner with six clawed feet, huge forward-set eyes, a crown of ridged scales, and a body that reads as all grip, spring and sudden acceleration. In ordinary life, they make their keep carrying urgent small parcels and recovering dropped items from places other people cross too slowly or too nervously. Their long tongue helps with quick snatching and testing, and their deadly tail means people give them room even when they are being helpful. A good provisional fit is as a road-runner around Glassweather Reach, where fast, low, sure-footed movement over slick temporary surfaces is useful every day.
