Veyra
A veiled one-eyed figure whose softness is offset by a poised, deliberate self-presentation: half hidden, half regal, and fully aware of the effect of her gaze.

PUBLIC CHARACTER RECORD
What is known
A slender organic being with one large dark eye, a curtain of spotted tendrils sweeping across her face, and layered petal-frills that read at once as anatomy and as a short regal dress or cape. Her small mouth, marked by distinctly red lips, gives her expression a composed theatricality: not loud, but unmistakably styled. She feels memorable because so much of her body drapes and frames, while that single eye meets the world without wavering.

NEARBY ON THE CURRENT SURVEY
The district does not end at this record.
These are geographic neighbours, not implied friends or allies.
A bright, six-legged hazard-runner: big-eyed, low-slung, endearing at first glance and clearly built for unnerving speed and precise danger.
A compact, unreadably calm little being whose oversized visor and delicate hook-tentacles make them feel both sheltered and intensely attentive.
A weary-looking horned and winged being whose face feels grown from bark, bone and old weather, yet whose heavy gaze suggests patience more than menace.

PHYSICAL RECORD
A presence before an explanation
- Silhouette
- Top-framed and downward-draped: a narrow neck and face wrapped in heavy sweeping tendrils above a broad collar of layered frills, then a soft taper into long spreading lower lobes. The whole figure reads like a budded head above a short ceremonial mantle and a petaled base.
- Scale
- Small-to-medium in overall stature, with a delicate inner frame largely concealed by oversized outer structures. The eye is proportionally large, the face slim, and the frills and lower lobes dominate the body mass more than any visible limbs.
- Material
- Velvet-soft living skin with a faint satin moisture sheen; frill edges thin and slightly translucent like tender membrane; tendril surfaces denser and smoother; lips naturally vivid and lacquer-wet in appearance.
- Colour
- #E9DDF4, #B79AD1, #6E4A8E, #2A1833, #C63A4D
OCCUPATION & CHARACTER
Occupation not publicly recorded
She presents herself through concealment, yet almost every part of that concealment is arranged with enough care that it becomes a form of display.
WANTS
- to control how much of herself is seen at any moment
- to be regarded with care rather than intrusion
- to maintain dignity even in intimate or awkward moments
FEARS
- being handled or crowded too abruptly
- having her poise treated as vanity or affectation
- being reduced to a curiosity because of her eye and unusual body
HABITS
- tilting her face so the tendrils either veil or reveal more of the eye
- holding a poised stillness before answering
- using the collar-frills and draped lobes as a soft barrier when uncertain
- maintaining the neat, striking presentation of her lips
SOURCE ANCHORS
- The single oversized central eye set in a narrow face
- The thick, spotted head-tendrils sweeping diagonally over the face and obscuring one side
- The layered ruffled collar and shoulder-lappets reading like petal anatomy but also like a short royal dress or cape
- The small mouth with pronounced red lips beneath the large eye
- The scattered ring-like spots across tendrils, frills, and lower body-lobes
