Inspect the surface before setting the rule

Drelm needs stable ground. The working surface needs an inspection before anyone decides what it can carry.

A restriction needs a measurement. Drelm’s appearance is not one. The proposed inspection would record the surface and the loads used there; the limits remain to be established.
