PUBLIC CHARACTER RECORD
What is known
Plumeet is a small lofty being with huge glossy eyes, drooping wing-like head flanges, a soft stacked body of ruffled living folds, and tiny grasping hands set halfway down its sides. It spends ordinary days in Cloudrest Assembly helping observatories and bridgekeepers by carrying thread-light notes, checking wind shifts at short range, and hovering where ladders are inconvenient. It looks timid at first glance, but its reason for being there is practical: few residents can float steadily in fog and crosswind the way it can.

WORKS INORDINARY LIFE HERE
Short-range wind courier and fogline checker for observatories and kite-bridge keepers.
Cloudrest Assembly suits a creature whose ordinary usefulness depends on wind, height, and fog. An ordinary day there would involve drifting between observatory balconies, kite-bridge posts, and rooftop water catchments, carrying tiny written updates or checking whether the air is safe for crossings. Its soft floating presence could make the settlement’s weather work more responsive at the small scale: fewer missed messages, better short-term wind sense, and a more personal link between towers.
WORLD EFFECTIt makes the upper levels feel more inhabited and connected, especially in weather when larger residents hesitate to climb or cross.
NEARBY ON THE CURRENT SURVEY
The district does not end at this record.
These are geographic neighbours, not implied friends or allies.
A heavy, soft-bodied creature whose face seems built from worry, suspicion and reluctant endurance, yet whose presence feels more woundedly alert than truly hostile.
A hovering, courtly oddity whose face is all watchfulness: unsettling at first glance, then strangely gentle once it stays still long enough to be read.
A compact, many-folded seer whose calm, watchful body feels built for stillness first and motion second.

- Material
- Short plush body down with warmer blush concentration on the cheeks, inner head-wings and fold edges; face remains smoother and slightly luminous; claws a muted horn pink.
- Colour
- #F6D8D8, #E9B8C0, #C88FA2, #8B6B7A, #2A1F24
